I visited Cypress Woods Care Center for an event and was pleased at the whole experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and tidy, and the residents looked genuinely happy to be there. I also think it’s thoughtful how they do so many community outreach events, such as this school supply drive to help the kids. I would definitely keep this place in mind for rehabilitation care should the need arise!
Unprofessional,Rude and The Place Smells Of Urine When You Walk In The Front Doors
Enjoyed a Visit with my Cousin Juan Marin. Next time I might want to eat there. Get Well soon One Ton. OLR
The DON is so rude and not understanding at all no perfectionism hanging up in my face when I’m trying to come help you and your facility out that’s why yall still had to pay me for 4 hours after all the rudeness Learn how to talk to people and remain professional no matter what
I will give this place zero Stars if I could the staff were very rude when you ask them for help or try to speak with them about your loved ones they give you attitude or look at you with a dirty look..the facility smells like urine when you first come through the door I've seen other patients here they have bruises all over their legs and arms and not just one or two patients with the same markings on their arms..while I was visiting my grandmother. I've witness one nurse being very rude to a patient hollering at her I am very concerned about the safety for my grandmother being in this facility and other patients that are here that may be getting abused..
I'd give it o stars if I could. Trashy place. Doesn't take care of the residents, dropping then, over charges, and manager is a trashy person.
Wonderful, helpful, and friendly staff!
Alison, Susan's nurse is so sweet to my friend. Facility was clean. Susan looks well and clean. All resident's look happy and well taken care of.
