4.5 · 187 reviewsWe here at Cypress Woods have a new employee that has earned my praise and respect since her arrival. Ms.Kennedy McCoy accepted the roll of Concierge and has done a wonderful job since her hiring. Her spectacular smile, her willingness to help and her work ethic in general are beyond reproach. Kennedy, you deserve public praise and I hope you continue to grow within this establishment. From an old grumpy resident who has seen it all I just want to say Thank You.
Christine (Sales Staff) has the customer service skills of a "Sour Patch Kid". She reached out to me based on a referral. During the 1st couple of minutes of our conversation, I asked the address of the facility, and when she said "Hold on a minute, let me get it"... I JOKINGLY said "Girl, you don't know where you work?" (my jovial tone was obvious)... she was pissed and with ALL the negative attitude and energy she could muster responded with "WHY WOULD I KNOW THE ADDRESS OF THIS PLACE?!?!?"..... I immediately told her I wasn't interested in this place for my mom because if the Admin staff…

I can NOT say enough about Cypress Woods. The facility is one of the nicest and resident friendly that I have ever seen. The thought that was put into the layout taking the residents comfort and ease of use is second to none. The staff and their eagerness to help at every phase (move-in, residency & move out) is a breath of fresh air. I only interacted with them during the last phase and was told about the first two phases, but I was privy of seeing and hearing these phases through other residents. During the last phase, which may be the hardest, the staff was extremely compassionate. Thank…

I can NOT say enough about Cypress Woods. The facility is one of the nicest and resident friendly that I have ever seen. The staff and their eagerness to help at every phase (move-in, residency & move out) is a breath of fresh air. I only interacted with them during the last phase and was told about the first two phases, but I was privy of seeing and hearing these phases through other residents. I cannot find anything wrong with this community. The people that live here are excellent people and so are the employees and food! I have never been so welcomed anywhere as I have been here. I'm not lonely and I'm happy where I'm at!

Fabulous
I toured Cypress Woods. Everybody was very pleasant and smiling, and all the staff seemed to want to help, caring. I saw one helping a guy get into his chair and directing properly so he wouldn't run over people. Everything was clean. It was very pleasant. I wouldn't mind living there, I just don't have the money. The staff showed me a studio, and it's not what I'm used to. I'm used to a lot more room. I thought it was small. She walked me through the dining room and shared with me the menu. The dining area was very pleasant, clean, and open, like a restaurant.
Knowledgeable and very helpful. Food good and and appetizing. Appearance and location stuck out over other places.
