Haven't heard from my mother in over 3 months. They have neglected her whole time she has been there she has never had any regular checkup, they have access to her whole bank account and take all of her money, they treat her unfairly and don't let her do simple tasks such as washing laundry and things that are necessary to live a healthy life. She has had open wounds and cuts since she has been there. Do not send your loved one here if you want them treated well and taken care of. My mother's number doesn't work and haven't been able to call her all this time. E Z living phone number also doesn't work so their is no way for me to check on my mother and make sure she is alive. This place is a scam. I will be calling the police and taking things further

Zero stars. My sister "resided" at this place. She passed away on January 2, 2025. She had medical conditions which left her in need of help with her ADL's (activities of daily living) She was a post stroke patient with right side weakness. She could not walk or transfer herself into a wheelchair, so was bedridden unless someone helped her to transfer. According to what Katherine told me, the caregiver named TT, would not listen to her needs when TT would come around to help her dress and get cleaned up. Katherine would have to call me or our other sister to email and text the manager of the home to get her some assistance many times. The phone number there always goes to vm to no avail as vm is full and can't even leave a message. I texted that number as well. Again no response ever. If you have a loved one who has medical conditions, I would think twice before leaving him/her in the care of this place. My sister missed medications, BP monitoring when needed. Sat in a wet bed that she had spilled coffee on herself, from the morning until late afternoon. Her personal items that our other sister brought her (clothing, comfy gowns, food so she had options if she didn't like what they served) would go missing. When my sister went to the facility to pick up her belongings recently after Kat's death, there was not one of her gowns in her area. Nor did anyone there offer to look in the laundry for her stuff. So sad. Again, be very thorough when choosing help for the people you care about. Sadly, Carrie :( P.S. on January 1, 2025, My sister Kat had to be 911'd out of this place, and nobody let me or our other sister know she even went to the hospital. So much more negativity.
