My mom was there for a few weeks until I had to moved her to another facility. The staff were nice but there were gaps in care. My mom devolped bed sores that were left unattended and not being changed. I had other concerns that I told a nurse. She said she would have the nurse who is over everything to call me. Never heard from her. My mom was struggling with depression and the psychiatrist visited her. Never said a word to me about what the results were. More than a week went by and nothing. I asked a nurse to see what she could find out. Nothing. My brother and i had to be there constantly…

Nothing. My brother and i had to be there constantly to take care of things like getting dishes out of her room. They would just pile up. The place is a ghost town at night. I guess one person works and good luck finding them. The place is disfunctional with lack of communication, transparency and compassion. Why would you treat patients like this? My mom had to be sent to hospital for emergency care and I told her case manager at hospital it would break my heart to send her back to Eagle Crest. So, we found a much better facility for her.

Thank you to the staff who took excellent care of my grandmother. Specifically Richard, Caleb, and Jodi went above and beyond and truly loved and appreciated her. She loved yall and trusted yall and we couldnt thank you enough ❤️

They never answer the phone in the evenings/night time! That's NOT good at all. Someone should be available to answer. Could be an emergency family members are trying to alert them about it and no one answers for hours!

I can't thank Megan Rosswurm and her staff enough, lets not forget Richard in nursing and Kevin in therapy. Everyone at Eagle Crest provides my mother with care and the understanding of her conditions. We know that this is the facility that she needs to be at, after jumping from a few others prior to her arrival. They really do make you feel at home which is comforting under the circumstances. I would definitely recommend Eagle Crest to anyone who is looking for care or rehabilitation for a family member.

Understaffed, suspicious atmosphere and horrible service. Lots of horrific stories.

My grandma went here and they had 1 cna to 25 people, barely answered call lights because they were over worked with no help

We moved our mother here recently and it couldn’t have been at a better time. The staff is passionate and caring. The facility has things we could not have imagined for added care such as their physical therapy room. Better care is out there abs it’s here at Eagle Crest Rapid Recovery! ❤️

This place is horrible. It smells and have bad gnats all of the place. Do not come here or send your love ones here.
