Not that anyone truly wishes to be in a facility by any means, but,if I must be in one, then this is where I not only chose to be. But more importantly, it's where I WANT to be. Everyone here is just AMAZING!!! Ms. Sandy. Kristen, and Brittany along with the entire day staff are quick to get any thing handled should you have or run into an issue or delima of any sort. Delila,Lexy and Abbie are so very kind and respectful. Marisol and Bonnie are very sweet and along with just about everyone here will go out of there way if need be. They really honestly care. I believe Tara is amazing. Her along with her wonderful team of such good hearted people have defiantly helped in making me, myself and my service dog, Bullet feel very comfortable and at home.

They are the worst assistant living area . I would not even put a animal in this facility . They talk about people behind their backs and lie . They do not care about their residents. Tera is rude and hateful when you try to talk to her about something to do with your family members she will make excuses for why she can not speak to you . Tera tells the employees lies on your family members. These people judge you and your family members when they have not even met them . These people do not even tell you if your family members have been transferred to a rehab for a injury that happened on…

They get your family members upset . They allow residents to talk in a mean way and then go back and baby that resident. They do not care about anyone the only thing they care about is the paycheck from your family members.

If you haven’t been in Eagle Flats in a while you should stop by there! New crew, new remodel and an awesome atmosphere!! As a home health community laision, I can see what a great place Eagle Flats is.
If you've ever had to put a loved one in an assisted living facility, then you know how difficult the process can be--emotionally and physically. Eagle Flats reduced the difficulty level immensely with their knowledgeable, compassionate staff and warm, welcoming environment. I can't thank them enough for what they've done for my family.
When my mother moved there it was against my advice. Two months later she was in the ER with a very serious infection. She is now healthy but almost died. There are not enough qualified assistants. Nighttimes are particularly bad.
Do not even think about placing your loved one here. The staff are not trained by the Nurse they way staff should be trained. I found out my mother was given another resident narcotic. I was not called at all. They never gave her any medical attention at all. My mother could have died. The training I was told was not being given by the Nurse. They were suppose to call and report the medication error to the State. Residents lay in bed, and are sick. Know one checks on the at all. I moved my Mother out of there. Also the second floor is collapsing. This has been happening for years I was told. When I visited I noticed resident eating in the hallways. We pay too much money for this type of community.
I recently had my Mother at this community. I found out after I moved her out. She was given someone else's medications. I was never informed about the incident. Now the medication could have harmed my Mother. Beware of the Nursing staff.
