4.2 · 138 reviewsIt was the best value we could find at the time. Mom loved it there. I was disappointed in the meal schedule change. If you have to drop one, drop breakfast. That is easy enough for them to provide and store. Dinner, come way too early.
Staff at Emerson are amazing. Very helpful and Kind. The price point and benefits you get are unmatchable. [name removed] the manager is very accommodating and kind! My Mom loves this place and her new friends...
The bedrooms at Emerson at Rosemeade Park were just too small. The community was nice and clean and everybody working there was very engaging. The only problem we found was the bedrooms were too tiny for the furniture that my sibling needed to put into the apartment. Other than that, the place was beautiful. It was very well kept up. The dining area was very clean and it seemed that the people are very engaging.

The facility is beautifully maintained and offers many activities that my parents enjoy. They offered two meals a day, which is great, but I wish dinner was offered as well. The apartment is big enough for my parents and has all the amenities that they need. The balcony is also a bonus that overlooks a green space.
Called a * place for mom* after spending so much time calling different apartments and facilities trying to find my Dad an apartment quickly to remove him from a difficult living situation. Frustrated I reached out to * a place for mom* , I was unprepared for the kind words and empathy I received. They scheduled Dad a tour asap. He met with the manager and loved Emerson at Rosemeade Park. I also spoke with the manager and she was the absolute nicest person. These folks are angels on earth!
As far as Senior Housing goes, Emerson at Rosemeade is a great place. They seem to listen to the residents to take care of issues quickly, there are no bugs and it smells good. However, they just increased the rent - which is to be expected for apartments. However, residents did agree to a reduction in the number of meals. Hopefully the powers that be will keep that in mind when it comes to any other increases. Most every resident is on a fixed income.
I just wanted to take a minute to rave about this community! My grandfather absolutely loves living here and that makes my heart so happy! The management is so friendly and helpful when needed. We always feel cared for with any concerns. So grateful we found this place
I visited a friend at Emerson and was impressed with how well kept the community was and how nice the staff was. They knew folks by name and were very friendly, which is the most important part of a retirement community, I think-feeling like you’re surrounded by good, kind people.
