It was not until your services That realized what a lousy Care he had been receiving at the other Location! I know that [Removed] is happy.... And he feels that he is actually making some progress. You and all of your staff were incredibly patient with her as you are, I'm sure with all of your residents. I visited this facility and it was OK. I liked the fact that the caregiver is a male and there are a couple of other male residents there.
