Evergreen at Richardson

I was fortunate to live at Evergreen at Richardson for 3 years! In May, I moved to a location closer to my family. However, several things made Evergreen excellent for me: The Staff: When office management is kind and courteous and goes out of their way to ensure that you, your visitors (especially family), genuinely ask how you're doing, make family and friends know that you're cared for, and even leave little notes, you know you're somewhere special. The same goes for the maintenance staff and their diligence in getting issues resolved. The People (Tenants): I may have been one of the youngest, but was, at times, treated like royalty, told to sit (after a stroke), and laughed at in the kindest way possible. There's nothing like sitting with good people who have wisdom and are sharp as a tack! The Complex and Nature Surroundings: The apartment complex and pool are beautiful!! Also, you're a minute or two away from some of the nicest, greenest walking, running, and cycling trails in the metroplex! The Food, Drug Stores, Grocery Stores, etc: You can walk across the street and grab some great Chicken Fried Rice, TexMex, Pizza, or Baked Wings, OR... go to a Walgreens, dry cleaner, and more. Less than 2 miles away, there's a Kroger, and 3 miles away is a Super Target. I'm lucky to have gotten on the wait list and into my apartment a few weeks later. It has been 2 weeks, and I already miss my peeps!
