My aunt stayed at Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation, and we had a positive experience. The staff was kind, caring, and treated her with compassion throughout her stay. It gave our family peace of mind knowing she was being well cared for. Thank you to everyone, especially our social worker, Angela, who helped not only my aunt but our also family navigate this transition.
I have been here Since March 2024. The Receptionist Amanda is Super Friendly !! She has Excellent Professional Skills!! Goes way out of way to Assist the Residents!! She’s always smiling!! Nursing staff are Exceptional ❤️ I’m blessed with the Best CARE!!! Nurses are very Attentive!! Love that I can get a different choice in Menu when I do not like what is on the main menu!! Jennifer Watson is Amazing!! Carlos goes above and Beyond in Maintenance ❤️ Couldn’t ask for Better team and care!! From Resident C. Steinberg

I am beyond thankful for Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation and it's staff. My amazing, wonderful, loving uncle was here under hospice care for several weeks. Spending time with him often I got to witness the support, professionalism, and loving care of the staff gave him. Especially the social worker Angela! She had such a warm presence about her and truly cared for the well-being of my uncle. I am beyond amazed at how things went during this difficult time. It couldn't have been more peaceful or reassuring that my uncle was in the right place to bid his farewell to this life. He passed away just recently. Although heartbroken I couldn't be more thankful for Angela, the staff and for everything during his time here. Thank you for making his transition to heaven beautiful!
I had a great experience at this rehabilitation facility. The staff was caring, professional, and always made my Aunt feel supported throughout her recovery. They even made sure she had home health before discharge. Angela went above and beyond!! The facility was clean and welcoming. Recommend
Walking into Falcon Ridge is a pleasure when we’re greeted by Amanda. She has been so wonderful to our family when we come visit our father. Absolutely an asset to this facility:)
Falcon Ridge has been a wonderful facility for our family during a hard transition. The staff are very friendly, attentive and responsive. They work well together and have created a respectful and very professional environment. The facility is clean and has nice spaces for residents and visitors. The residents are well cared for, with diverse opportunities for activities and engagement with others. We’ve enjoyed the garden, where the residents have access to raised beds and plenty of gardening tools to create a pretty central space. We’ve also enjoyed nice sitting areas and places to play games. Overall, we’ve been very happy with the support and care we’re getting from the staff here.
Mom has been here for a little over a year now and she seems very happy. She had to be admitted after she fell at home and since we live out of state we had to find a facility to help her. I came to visit her this weekend and she is doing really. Thank you to all the staff here.
