4.7 · 22 reviewsThey don’t give showers to you. You got to ask to take showers. The last time I was here they did a great time with me and this time I been here for 2 weeks because I had knee replacement and I only had 2 showers I had to ask to take a showers. The only best thing I can say is the pt and it lady are the sweetest person her.
Everything about this facility and the staff is warm and welcoming from the minute I walk in the front door! The resident are happy and well cared for! Misti W in the business office is fantastic and always willing to help. I would recommend Focused Care at Center not only as a wonderful home for a potential resident, but a great culture to be a part of as an employee.

My Grandmother was at this facility for a time during her fight with Alzheimer’s. I personally know several of the nurses and know they treat their patients as family. My husband’s grandmother was also at this facility and always seemed to enjoy the residents, staff, and events they had.
Great environment and staff!!
Focused Care at Center is a wonderful facility. The Staff really cares about their residents - They are personal, warm and compassionate. They engage with the residents and make it a family friendly environment. The DON, Susan is amazing and works around the clock to make sure the residents have the highest care possible and the staff is well trained. I highly recommend this facility.
Focused Care of Center is a great facility. They treat their residents and staff with kindness, care, and love. Focused care has a great management team that is always willing to help residents, families, and staff.
Everyone took wonderful care of my mother in law here and she enjoyed her years at Focused Care of Center greatly.
