Focused Care at Orange

I’ve been associated with this facility for several years. The staff are exceptional!!! From the very top nurses to the aides to the housekeeping staff...all very helpful people who really care for the people. I’ve been there when a loved one passed away and it was as if they were their family also. Like any facility there may be glitches occasionally but I can personally testify if you tell them they immediately take care of it. I’d recommend Focus Care to anyone. They don’t just take care of your needs...the staff truly CARE…..since I first posted this quite some time ago I’d like to add to this. Recently the patient I was caregiver for passed away. She was in FC four years. We always had wonderful care & made many friends with residents & staff! I’d send my loved ones here anytime! After being in the facility many days every week I can honestly say the staff is amazing!! Most of the complaints I find are the same people who don’t visit often & wouldn’t be satisfied anywhere. Thanks FC for taking awesome care of granny!! Yall are appreciated 💕💕

This place takes excellent care of our patients! They always keep us informed, and are very friendly when we are visiting.. the residents always seem happy and love when we come into see them . This facility also has alot of activities for the residents to keep them busy and the best part is that the staff interact in the activities too. You can tell they truly want to make thier residents happy ! We love being a part of this facility! Thank you to all at Focused Care !

My mom was kept in this facility from Friday to Wednesday. None of her prescribed meds were given on time, if at all. We experienced very rude and dismissive staff. They also dropped the ball on communication between shifts consistently which hurt my mother because of her needs regarding her health were not met. Also at discharge, once I decided to pull her out AMA we were never spoken to by anyone except our nurse who was obviously not informed. We signed a discharge paper, no other forms given, nor a copy of discharge. We were told the day after by our home health providers that we should have also been given the medications my mom had there as she paid for them. Including her bi pap machine. This place is horrible, we only had ONE nurse that even seemed to care. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Since my first review rhings have consistently gotten worse. PLEASE DO NOT put a living being in this facility. I spoke with the Executive Manager and he gives a really good impression and great lip service. He's clearly used to having these type of calls. The man in the room with my LO is neglected in the worst way. He is unable to feed himself and has no teeth. These sorry excuse of CNA's bring in a food tray of regular, not soft diet food. They won't come help him try to eat. They come get his tray and no concern with him not eating for days on end. It's like they're just waiting for the poor soul to die! These are straight up POS people who work there. It needs to be pad locked shut!!! Don't put a diabetic in this facility! There is no such thing as a diabetic diet here. My step dad and his roommate both get sugar-full meals complete with cookies and fruit with cool whip! This place seems to be trying to kill patients solely bc of this. It's a joke and it's so pathetic that we cat have a good place I Orange. Needs a better director and someone who actually cares.

IF YOU LOVE THEM PLEASE DONT BRING THEM HERE WORST FACILITY EVER...MR JAMES NEED TO QUIT HE DONT CARES WHAT HAPPENS THERE HE ONLY THERE FOR A CHECK ...SO MANY PPL GO TO HIM FOR COMPLAINTS AND IN ONE EAR AND OUT THE OTHER ...THE KITCHEN OMG IS THE WORST IVE EVER SEEN...THEY NEED TO GET RID OF THE WHOLE KITCHEN STAFF AND START OVER ESP.CAMILLE AND THE EVENING SHIFT...THE MORNING SHIFT IS SO SO BUT EVENING SHIFT IS DRUNK AND SLOW
