My husband and I moved into the independent living side a few months ago and it has been the best decision we've made. Activities and programs are a highlight here. What stands out most is the staff. There’s a consistent effort to keep residents engaged—whether through social events, wellness programs, or group outings—helping everyone stay active and connected. The facility itself is beautiful and surrounded by nature with trees, a creek and lots of wildlife.
As a senior advisor, I visit a lot of communities, and Forest Oak Landing really stands out. They offer both independent and assisted living, which is great for flexibility. The recent renovations are beautiful; the apartments are modern, warm, and very inviting. The setting is one of my favorite parts. It’s peaceful, with gorgeous landscaping, scenic views from the dining area, and walking trails that make it feel like you’re not even in the city. Everyone is so friendly. It’s a really beautiful place. The sales ladies are very friendly and professional executive director is very friendly and professional. The front desk receptionist answered all my questions a very good place. I would recommend it to anyone.
What a wonderful discovery...from the shady hideaway feeling to the warmth of the people inside! The people and the spirit are most important, but the wide open design of the "Corridor" is outstanding. Like a hotel lobby, everything happens around you! Music, games, open windows overlooking nature, visiting residents sitting and talking... You can observe quietly or engage without walking all over a campus.

A wonderful place where everyone is very friendly and willing to help! Today they had a great Fiesta event where everyone had a great time!
