4.6 · 38 reviewsMy mother in law was in this facility and we were impressed with the care. It's much smaller and than most of the facilities in the area and I feel that's a feature , less beds more time with the patients. I recommend Fort Bend.
Fort Bend Healthcare is a wonderful facility and has a very warm and caring environment. The staff are very attentive and dedicated to the individual needs of every patient and also their family members. I have seen so many examples of their staff going above and beyond to support their families.
Queenie Ebony and Linda are some of the most genuine and down to earth people. I’ve had the pleasure of working with, they are consistently professional, caring and easy to collaborate with. Fortbend healthcare Center feels like one big supportive family. They truly take excellent care of their patients and consistently go above and beyond to make sure their needs are met. I am very thankful for partnerships with teams who are dedicated and genuinely invested in patient care

I’m so happy I chose Fortbend Healthcare Center to take care of my dad. Moving him from Houston I was so worried he would not be happy, however the staff has taken care of not only him but me too. They have alleviates stress from me and taking care of my dad, I would highly recommend the center to anyone. From the activities coordinator, Queenie, nurses, and CNA’s all staff has been great to my dad.
This is a good facility to be. Staff are very kind. & are happy to work here you can see it in them. The Director of Nursing & Administrator are very involved in daily care. I love my stay. Thank you fort bend as I discharge today home
We sent my grandmother here to get treatment and they neglected her temporary visit here. They didn’t treat her with the care that she needed. They neglected her hygiene as she was bed bound and had forgotten to give her a bath several times. She does not remember her time there and we truly believe they drugged her with medication she was not prescribed. If we didn’t force her release to go back to the hospital I truly believe she would have died at their facility. If I can put zero stars I would.
My mom went there to get PT and to get better from surgery-while she was there they forgot to give her a bath and when we took her to the doctor he was not happy cause she was not walking like she was supposed to .the PT said it was determine on what her insurance allowed but that was B.S. when she went to her infectious disease, doctor he was also not happy cause he didn't receive papers or blood work from this place -so there was no Communication between the doctors and this place-also when my mom was there her health was getting worse and not better - the rooms are Extremely small and they had her bed shoved against the wall -and when we Visited she was out of it and hardly remembers being there, but luckily she went to the hospital again and right away. She got better. -they had her highly medicated over there-she called this place a nightmare and a dungeon-this is the honest truth -and also they ran out of hot water when it was her turn to shower
This is a wonderful facility everyone is very friendly and caring Quinnie and her staff took excellent care of my mom i highly recommend this facility.
