My mom had lived at Franklin Park for 5 years. We love Franklin Park. The facility has many activities. A resident can be as active as they choose. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. The food is full of flavor and delicious. The halls have been recently renovated. If there is an issue the new Director Rita is more than willing to listen to the issues and help with resolutions. If you are looking for a special place for your loved one I highly recommend Franklin Park Sonterra.
In our attempts to begin the research process for help with our parents, we began with Franklin Park-Sonterra. I took my tour of the entire facility with Olivia. Olivia was not only professional and very pleasant to discuss our needs with, but very compassionate and patient with our questions and concerns. Though we decided upon another facility due to our detailed needs, I was very impressed with this location. Franklin Park-Sonterra is definitely a place I would consider in my later stages of life. Thank you Olivia for everything, we appreciate you so much!

Great friendly Caregivers and staff. Ample parking
A very kind and supportive team - a big transition for my dad and he’s had a great first month! He feels very well taken care of and he loves the food.
So my three stars is based on the up keep of the facility particularly the grounds there is no pride taken or much care. The inside needs to be upgraded, but they say they don’t have the budget. They are always short staffed things tend to break a lot AC, plumbing etc. The staff I give 5 stars to, most of them are friendly and helpful. This place could be so much better.
We have been very pleased with Franklin Park since our father moved into this community. Staff and residents are very friendly and we are impressed with how this community operates. Olivia was especially great to work with as she helped us get the lease and all the paperwork in place. She toured us around and was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this community
