This clinic should seriously consider adding another pediatrician who is truly up to date with current medical knowledge and who actually takes the time to listen to both children and their parents. Appointments and checkups are far too short—often only about 10 minutes—which is not enough to properly evaluate a sick child. There is also a concerning tendency to dismiss or normalize symptoms even when a child is clearly unwell and showing obvious signs of illness. This lack of thorough attention can leave parents feeling unheard and worried about the quality of care being provided.

I was surprised by how caring and helpful everyone was. No one pushed their opinions on us or made us feel we had to go one certain route. They were there to give us information and their recommendations, but also told us different options and allowed my husband and I to freely decide what we felt the best decisions were. They helped and supported us through the whole experience. Everyone was very friendly and, honestly, made an awful situation, feel not so bad.
