This place is a God send and the Manager TJ is an exceptional human being. My father has been a resident there since the beginning of last year. They have taken excellent care of him and take care of his every need. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. I trust 100% that my father is being very well taken care of and has flourished.
I think this is the nicest facility in Houston my parents are close from where I live, before I decided to choose this facility I went to many others and nun of them whereas perfect as this one, first week made them feel like home, they are happy oh and they have a peaceful patio that's in the garden they love to seat out there and sometimes in the morning do seated exercises, I would recommend this facility to other folks to check them out and give them a shot.
Could not believe the condition of this facility. It was worn down, holes in the walls. Floors need moping. Residents said they receive 3 sandwiches a day for foor. No snacks. No PT/OT was provided and no exercise. Very little recreaction and no field trips. Security was a chain and padlock on the gate at night.
