Horrible care and food. The residents can just walk out the front door and no one watches tgem

My mom was a resident at GoodLife for over 3 years, and I cannot say enough positive things about them. The caregivers there took such good care of her. They are family. It is more like a home than a normal senior care facility. It may be small, but the care is exceptional, and the love shown to your loved one is special, as well as the care they show for the families. The meals are home cooked and fantastic. I highly recommend visiting if your loved one needs care. You will be sold.

When i viewed the home , the caregivers were just on the phone , not professional. Some of the residents didnt seem well cared for , seen the food , served little portions and cold . Administration seemed to only care about money. The cook seemed very nice though, loved her . Ill give one star for the cook trying, seems like she cared ! I would personally go elsewhere if i were you .

This place is the worst place in amarillo . The caregivers dont care much and the RN karla was the worst and didnt do her job . The assistant manager didnt know whata shes doing . Im Glad my mom is out of that place . The new administrator is more for the money then the. Are of these residents . The food is trash . Please do not come here , saving you time .

This is the worst place you could ever put your love ones in, the morning people are horrible with the residents and the manager knows but does nothing about it.

The dishwasher never worked. The meals were nutritious and mom liked them but not many activities planned. Mom passed in [date removed] of last year so we were just there about five months. They had a difficult time keeping directors. In the five months we were there, they had three different directors. The caregivers were caring and took good care of my mom.

I wish the communication between shifts and with family was better. There has been a lot of turnover this past year making it difficult to get acquainted with staff and develop a relationship with them.

My cousin was loved like she was a family member and we were treated with love and respect.
