The staff at GR was over the top accommodating from day one. As we navigated hospice and what care Dad needed GR (Mackenzie and Bethany and the whole staff) met us where we were and adjusted his care sometimes it seemed on a daily basis. Dad lived at GR for just shy of 3 months before passing...GR was instrumental in making him comfortable and supporting our family throughout the entire time. The nurses day and night…

My Dad planned to move in and enjoy the community but just before he was to move we had to take him to the hospital. He was released from the hospital into hospice care. The staff at GR was over the top accommodating from day one. As we navigated hospice and what care Dad needed GR (Mackenzie and Bethany and the whole staff) met us where we were and adjusted his care sometimes it seemed on a daily basis. Dad lived at GR for just shy of 3 months before passing...GR was instrumental in making him comfortable and supporting our family throughout the entire time. The nurses day and night responded quickly and were kind and compassionate. Always there to assist and go out of their way if needed. Top Notch facility due to Leslie and her staff. My mother was able to stay here for 1-1/2 years. I wish it could have been many more. Wonderful, caring people. Plenty of activities, nice rooms, good food - more like a family. Bethany and Mackenzie are fantastic and on top of everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for mom.
My dad has Dementia and just moved him from one facility to another. Definately trying but the team at Governer's Ridge is above and beyound the most dedicated team from his previous facility. They not only do their job but truly care for the patience as if they were their own family. Best experience ever and recommed this facility highly.

My brother and I will will always be grateful to the staff at governor's ridge for taking care of my sister for 10 years. She would still be there if she had6 not needed another level of care and is now in a rehab facility. The entire time that she was here she was always treated with kindness and caring. There was never a problem with the staff. Leslie, Bethany, and Mackenzie were always glad to talk to us about her care. Thank you to all of the staff for taking such good care of my sister for so long.
We moved my 84 year old mom here a few months ago when she began to have trouble remembering her medications. This is a wonderful assisted living center that you can personalize your loved one’s care needs. A caring staff, nice and clean rooms with plenty of space, lots of activities and easy to work with staff. She was very nervous about the move but now states that she should have made the move years ago. She loves her new friends, she loves not worrying about home maintenance, she loves the ease and comfort of her “apartment”, and having the option to join in fun activities. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for her.
My mother is a resident at Governor's Ridge I can honestly say she is so happy and the care and love she receives is so heartwarming to me. I am an only child and she lived with my husband and I for 9 years it was a very hard decision to have to make to move her. I am truly blessed to have found my way to their door. So Thank You from the bottom of my heart for all you do and making my mom so happy. Michelle Noe
Governor's Ridge staff are always friendly and helpful. This is the best place I could have my mother live. She has friends and good people looking out for her. I feel good that she is in a safe and clean environment. Thank you - Terri and Barry Klaus
I can’t say enough nice things about the level of care, kindness and respect that my mom has received for almost 2 1/2 years now. She has severe dementia and several medical issues. The staff there is ALWAYS attentive to all of her needs and we as her family are SO very thankful and appreciative for them!!
