They’ll sell you on this place like a used car salesmen. Everything is fantastic, until it’s not. I made sure to ask all the questions to the admin who helped me, only for her to retract nearly everything come the day I was to bring my mom to stay. Was told from the start rehab was included in the rate I was given, that a private room would be available.. only to get a call 2 hrs before arriving with my mom that none of that is true. Pictures online show TVs in room, but they don’t specify they’re only for short term patients and you supply them yourself if not. Canned drinks aren’t provided, you also bring those. Along with only 1 activity director for 80 residents, found out before we left the other got moved and the memory care floor woulnt have one. None of the workers seemed happy to be there. People paging for help, people yelling for help and nobody got in any hurry. Secure floor smelled like every resident needed to be changed at the same time. If you have a loved one here I’d make sure to check on the situation and don’t just go with what you’re told, none of them seemed happy either. Packed my mom right back up and we left without a second thought.
One of the better nursing facilities in Graham. Good staff.
My mom has been at Graham Oaks for over a year and it is a wonderful place. My mom is thriving there. All the staff are wonderful caring people.
Hands Down the Best in Town
I had to move my mother here because she became exit seeking and needed to be in a memory care unit. I have no idea why anyone would give this place anything less than 5 stars. From day one I was greeted with kindness. Nurses are eager to help and answer any questions or concerns you may have. My mother received excellent care and seemed to really enjoy it here. Meals were on time and actually looked good. Facilities are updated and clean. Quiet environment in a quaint little town. Mom passed 11/06/25 and was only here about seven weeks…but it was a wonderful 7 weeks. I will truly miss seeing these wonderful people now that mom has gone and I’m not going every other day. Don’t hesitate to send your loved ones here.
