3.5 · 119 reviewsIf I could give it zero stars I would. First of all my grandma is there for rehab for her knee surgery. They aren't careful with her. She was hurt while they shifted her and let her knee that's in a brace hit her other knee which created a lot of swelling. This made her unable to move on her own. The nurses ignore her requests just because they doesn't speak Spanish. Then after visiting her the other day, I find out they left her in a soiled diaper for a long period of time only for the nurse to be rough with her in which my uncle had to file a formal complaint. Y'ALL NEED TO DO BETTER!
I’m truly surprised at the number of good reviews this facility has. My father is currently here for rehab following a hospital stay. I was called yesterday to schedule a meeting today to go over his care plan with a team of 3 people. I took off work to make the meeting work and was here on time. 10 minutes after the meeting should have started one of the team, the assistant nursing director, showed up saying the other two weren’t going to make the meeting. A meeting they set up. To make all this worse, she didn’t have any answers about the care plan, my father’s care, excepted discharge date…

I’m truly surprised at the number of good reviews this facility has. My father is currently here for rehab following a hospital stay. I was called yesterday to schedule a meeting today to go over his care plan with a team of 3 people. I took off work to make the meeting work and was here on time. 10 minutes after the meeting should have started one of the team, the assistant nursing director, showed up saying the other two weren’t going to make the meeting. A meeting they set up. To make all this worse, she didn’t have any answers about the care plan, my father’s care, excepted discharge date or follow up. The lack of professionalism and answers here is mind boggling. I’m now concerned about the care he’s receiving or lack there of and his general safety. Think twice before sending a loved one to this facility.
This was a place where our loved one needed to be closely monitored and cared for after a very traumatic experience due to weakness and infection. He was hospitalized for 4 days and then arrived at your facility to recoup until being discharged home. As the family we know how much care just one person requires to function optimally. We are so thankful for the kindness of everyone involved in helping us get to the discharge point. The receptionist, assistants with meals/toileting/showering, the social worker, ALL the nurses and coordinator of PT/OT/pain management and wound care etc… everyone…

This was a place where our loved one needed to be closely monitored and cared for after a very traumatic experience due to weakness and infection. He was hospitalized for 4 days and then arrived at your facility to recoup until being discharged home. As the family we know how much care just one person requires to function optimally. We are so thankful for the kindness of everyone involved in helping us get to the discharge point. The receptionist, assistants with meals/toileting/showering, the social worker, ALL the nurses and coordinator of PT/OT/pain management and wound care etc… everyone went above and beyond to make the experience a good experience. So, thank you ALL from the bottom of our hearts for ALL YOU DID and for who you are!!! A million thanks! A million stars for you!!!! Much appreciation The Giuliano Family.

The care they provide for all of their patients is existent through all the staff in the building. My mother was a patient here prior, so it wasn't a hard choice to have my pops rehab experience here as well. Everyone is so friendly, and they "care" for their patients, and the people who live here. I highly recommend, them to anyone that needs their services. I am truly grateful.
From the very first day we walked in looking for a place for our mother, the staff at Grapevine Medical Lodge made us feel welcome and at home. Once she moved in, they took such wonderful care of her for nearly three years. What meant so much to us was that many of the original staff members from day one were still there when she passed, and they remained tender, compassionate, and attentive to her from start to finish. They came to know our father and our whole family because we were there so often. Through all of my father’s medical ups and downs, they cared for him as well. When he stayed there for respite care so he could be close to her while I traveled, they were amazing with him too. In the final days, after our mother was moved to comfort care, our father suffered a stroke the very next day. The staff helped us keep them together at the end, and their compassion during that heartbreaking time meant more than words can express. We truly could not imagine going through it anywhere else. They were amazing through it all. When we lost our parents and eventually moved everything out, it felt like we had lost an entire family there as well. We will always be grateful for the kindness, consistency, and love they showed all of us during one of the most important seasons of our lives. Sharon Bowdish
All the nurses and staff have been very helpful and supportive caring. Rehab has been great truly a 5 star nurses and rehab staff
Grapevine Medical has been an amazing place. My mom has been in three places and this was the best by far. The staff was friendly and caring. It was a clean and happy place. Residents and patients are always out and about. I noticed this right away and every time I went there it was the same. Side note, I was there every other day for a month and it remained a place that mom and I are very thankful for. 😊
