I was a patient at Green Oaks and everything was wonderful. They took good care of me. Everyone made sure every area was taken care of. I call them my children. If I had to...I would come back!
Mom had to go for rehab after shoulder replacement. The 1st night we hit the call button for help twice in 30 minutes for assistance to get to the bathroom. No one came. Had I not been there to go get someone how long would she would of sat in her own mess? UPDATE: When Mom missed a meal when in therapy..a nurse went and got her a burger and fries from Brahms! The staff have been helpful and PT is great. She's coming home today! Must be short staffed. Since then everything has been ok. The staff is helpful.
I would like to recognize Miguel, the wound care nurse, and Jamirah, CNA, at Green Oaks Nursing and Rehab for their outstanding care. Miguel is knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to helping patients heal. Jamirah is kind, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. Their professionalism and genuine concern for residents make a positive difference every day. Thank you both for your excellent care and dedication!
My experience at Green Oaks was great and all the staff there was great. I didn't have any issues staying there while doing my receovery. All the nursing staff was kind and they listened to me. I don't plan on going back any time soon, but if for some strange reason I do, I wouldn't have an issue returning.
I cannot say enough great things about the wound care team at Green Oaks Nursing and Rehab. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and truly compassionate. They go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and receiving the best possible care. The wound care treatments were handled professionally, and we saw amazing improvement thanks to their dedication and expertise. Communication with family members was also excellent, which gave us peace of mind throughout the process. I highly recommend Green Oaks Nursing and Rehab to anyone looking for quality care and outstanding wound management services.
I was a patient at Green Oaks and everything was wonderful! EVERYONE was fabulous! I can't say enough about them. I would recommend your loved ones for long term or short. Immediately after I was discharged I visited. I made great friends with residents and staff!
This is my second time at Green Oaks! The staff is great! I feel very safe here. The facility is very clean. They provide 24hr care! The ladies on the admissions team are a blessing and they always make sure I'm well taken care of!
My father was in this facility, I do have to share my experience with you, he was neglected, they put him in the last room of the hallway, because he didn't speak English, someone in the facility sign papers for him not to get any shots or medical help, when I ask who find those papers nobody can tell me who did it, the nurses in there maybe one or two do you speak English the other ones speak very broken English to the point that I cannot understand what they were saying, he was mistreated really bad, unless you don't care and hate your loved one go ahead and put them in there or her otherwise stay away from this place, all they do is they talking about private things that has nothing to do with the patients, so that is my experience with them I will never take any of my loved ones to that place!
