1.0 · 1 reviewsThey treated my loved one so badly, he was filthy! He left one night and another facility about a block away brought him back. They couldn't tell me how long he was gone or when he left. They put him in lock down, and then he got out again. Nurse Edward was a really good nurse, and did call me to let me know how he was acting. They did ask if they could belt him into his chair, but I didn't know they were going to tie him down like they did. They gave him so many drugs he was drooping. They have a wonderful rehab area, but I didn't really see them getting the care they deserve. They don't…

They treated my loved one so badly, he was filthy! He left one night and another facility about a block away brought him back. They couldn't tell me how long he was gone or when he left. They put him in lock down, and then he got out again. Nurse Edward was a really good nurse, and did call me to let me know how he was acting. They did ask if they could belt him into his chair, but I didn't know they were going to tie him down like they did. They gave him so many drugs he was drooping. They have a wonderful rehab area, but I didn't really see them getting the care they deserve. They don't seem to be trained in memory care. This is more for rehabilitating from something like a car accident, not for elderly that need memory care.
