I loved this place for my cousin they were amazing all the way up until her passing made sure she was comfortable made sure we were all okay and even after she passed the owners contacted us said they were sorry for our loss ask if we needed anything this place was the most beautiful place for her every time I came to visit she was either outside on the patio listening to music or inside doing activities. She would tell me everyday that she was so thankful for the staff and what they do for her and this place was always so clean every time I came . I can say there wasn’t a day I didn’t come…

Choosing Heart to Heart Assisted Living for my father was one of the hardest decisions our family has had to make because of the reviews , but honestly it has truly been the right one. The staff is always kind, patient, and caring. they really treat them like family and it’s comforting to know my father is safe and well cared for. Seeing the compassion they show every day gives our family so much peace of mind. The place my father was at before was terrible I even told Joyce my father wouldn’t eat, get out of bed, wouldn’t do anything no matter what me and my family tried he just looked so…

And I thank the staff and the owners for everything. I would highly recommend Heart to Heart Assisted Living to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.
Don’t let the owner fool you into how good their care is. The place is a joke. No proper care, nothing but canned goods for lunch and dinner. After our loved one passed, no one contacted us to let us know they were sorry about the death. Hospice was wonderful.
My mother lived at Heart 2 Heart for many years, and it's a great assisted living facility!
Everyone is very friendly and the price is very reasonable.
They have a nice seating area out front, but my mom could never use it. They did not feed her appropriately for diabetics. When I was on the phone with her I could hear a worker yelling at a resident. When my sister went to visit and play cards with the only place available was her bed. While on the phone with my mom she complained that she needed to use the bathroom but they wouldn't let her so while still on the phone I had her ask to use the restroom. The worker was harsh and impatient and told her she had to wait as the bathrooms were full so I stayed on the line and visited with my mom, after at least 7 minutes my mom had an accident and then the worker told her to quit walking around as she was now making a mess. My mom felt as if she had done something wrong! On visits it was obvious there wasn't enough help or things to do. Also my mom was afraid to ask for anything and even though there were craft supplies she felt afraid to even ask to use them. There's more but I have to get back to work. I do want to say that we have my mother in a different place and she feels comfortable in asking for what she needs, she doesn't have embarrassing accidents, she doesn't get yelled at. And she is allowed/encouraged to use any supplies/books etc that she desires The family feels welcomed at any time 24 hrs. The difference is like night and day
The facility was gross, the care was done by unqualified people and very minimal and basic necessities were ignored(ie,brushing teeth), the food was all processed, gross and low quality and there were ZERO activities! The only thing they did was park them in front of the TV ALL DAY. We were very thankful the Lord took Dad to Heaven to get him out of Heart to Heart Assisted Living! I would NEVER recommend. Thanks for asking. As you can tell, I've needed to get this off my chest for months!
I like most their attention to the residents. They get a lot of interaction. I like least that our resident doesn't seem to be happy and I can't tell if that's just him or not.
