3.4 · 95 reviewsI have been trying to find out if one of my residents passed away while there. I have been hung up on, after being placed on hold for 20 minutes +. I've called and left my name and phone number and requested a call back to no avail. DO NOT entrust these people with your loved ones!
When we needed it most, Hearthstone proved to be exactly the right place for our family. The staff's care is unmistakably genuine, their patience with residents evident at every turn, and the warmth you feel the moment you walk through the door is hard to miss. The building itself is bright, open, and immaculately kept. All of it together made a difficult season far more bearable than we expected. A special shout out to Tia E - who put up with my diligence and unexpected visits while making my decision. She always had a smile! She is a great asset for her company.

After 15 months of providing care at home, our family realized that Mom’s care needs had grown beyond what we could manage on our own. We then began searching for a nearby nursing facility that could fully support her needs and provide the level of care she required. During my first visit to Hearthstone with Tia, the Admission Dir, was thoughtful and compassionate as she listened to our concerns about placing Mom in a nursing facility. As we toured the facility, we noticed the genuine interactions between the staff and residents, which immediately stood out to us. And it may seem like a small detail, but the facility smelled clean and well cared for, which gave us additional peace of mind. After meeting Ralph, the Maintenance Dir, who leads the facilities team it became even more clear how deeply he cares about the residents and the quality of care they receive. One of our primary concerns while caring for Mom at home was her declining appetite. The daily struggle to get/fight with her to eat had caused her weight to drop to just 91 pounds. After six months of care at Hearthstone, she now weighs 106 pounds, and Missy, the Dietary Mgr, happily shares that Mom regularly cleans her plate at mealtimes. Wow! That's how I know that we did the right thing by placing Mom with Hearthstone!!! All the staff from the front desk, nursing and activities staff are really the key to my mom's success and our family can't say "Thank You" enough for taking such good care of my mom!!!!

My family member has been here a while and the staff is always welcoming and ready to assist. 👍 My grandma really enjoys staying there. 👍 facility is always clean and smells good 👍 nursing staff has always been attentive 👍 highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a rehab/nursing for their loved one!
My 81 year old mother was here for three weeks of rehabilitation care after a two week stay in the hospital, and she was provided with first-rate care. The entire staff at Hearthstone is thoughtful and kind, and really invested in the patient’s care and wellbeing. My mother really enjoyed her stay and is extremely grateful for the outstanding care she received.
My family member has been in this facility for around 2 weeks now, and they have only changed her clothes once, the beds are dirty. They basically just drop food off in the room and ignore everything else. I have been up everyday to check on my family member and talk to them about her care. I No one can tell me anything. have met a few staff members who care, but for the most part they do not. If your family member cannot do things for themselves...this is not the facility for them to be in for any kind of rehab. I would steer clear of this place. I do not recommend them at all! I wish i could go back and make another choice for her rehab, I sincerely regret choosing to put her in Hearthstone.

All of the staff goes above & beyond. They are friendly, cheerful & make meaningful relationships with patients. From the CMA’s, to Nurses, to OT/PT therapy, office staff, front door staff & receptionist, medical office records, Directors, Administrative staff- every single person who works here makes a huge impact with the patients. I have high standards for my Aunt’s care and they are continuously going above & beyond. Would highly recommend for a loved one’s care!
