Stephania and her team are truly amazing and wonderful. When my mother lived here with the Helping Hands team, she was met and treated as part of her family. My mother truly loved it there and we appreciated the hospitality, fun, and loving environment given to her. Words cannot express the gratitude that my family felt towards Stephania and her team’s attention to details, care, warmth, and beautiful interaction with my mother. Not only her attention to detail was superb but she was always in constant communication with me regarding my mom’s health or mental status or any of my mother’s needs. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts. If you are considering Stephania’s place for a home to take care of your loved one, then do not pass the opportunity if a room is available as this caring home is a gem.
Helping Hands Care Home and Stefania have been wonderful for my mother. We were not familiar with the personal care home concept but were introduced to Helping Hands by a nurse and her strong recommendation. With only three total residents, the level of care has been exceptional and Stefania and her family have been wonderful to my mom. Helping Hands Care Home and Stefania have been wonderful for my mother. We were not familiar with the personal care home concept but were introduced to Helping Hands by a nurse and her strong recommendation. With only three total residents, the level of care has been exceptional and Stefania and her family have been wonderful to my mom. They are now like family and her three young daughters are so sweet to mom. Shout out to their sweet little dog Leo! Each resident has a private bedroom and the rest of the home and backyard are shared spaces. The family and residents eat meals together just like family. More importantly, mom is closely watched and her health has improved since she has been there. We also no longer have concerns regarding any medicines not being taken or meals being missed. Just can't say enough positive things about the overall experience.
This is a wonderful place where my mother-in-law is receiving exceptional personal care! It's clean, bright, and does not feel like a nursing home but an actual "home." Stefania (the owner) and her staff are attentive to my mother-in-law's needs. They treat you as though you're part of their family! We're blessed to have found this private care home!

Stefania, her staff, and her family created the best possible atmosphere for my Mother. There is such a warm, comforting spirit in this beautiful, clean home. Stefania is a fabulous cook. With her attention to detail and her use of healthy food, my Mother was in much less pain than she had been in years. We could not have asked for better care. We are so grateful for all they did to give my Mother a wonderful home.
I am a hospice nurse who works with Helping Hands PCH regularly and I cannot recommend it enough. When I have patients here I know that their physical, mental, and emotional well being are all being cared for. Many facilities don't take the time to pay attention to patients, especially towards end-of-life but the care provided at this PCH is so personal and supportive. Stefania is a fantastic communicator and is so easy to work with, as she keeps the needs of the patient and the needs of the family as the top priority. She also has the experience necessary to care for patients with a wide variety of medical needs and so monitors health accordingly. Older adults are not always cared for with the compassion and dignity that they deserve. At Helping Hands PCH, they are treated with the compassion, dignity, and care that I would want for my own loved ones.
My family felt from the beginning that God had a hand in us finding Stefania. The loving care our mom received let us have her with us for another year. The professional care Stefania and her helpers provided was so reassuring to us. We had peace of mind that she was in the best of hands. I would recommend this home care facility to anyone looking for excellent, faithful care for a loved one.
I could not praise this home more highly if I tried. I have worked in the home health/ hospice industry for years and I have seen dozens and dozens of personal care homes of varying quality, and this one is hands down the best in every way. The care provided by the owner Stefania and her staff is beyond exceptional. The home is spotless, the care is individualized, they can accommodate a patient that requires total care, and the food always looks and smells delicious. When it came time to find placement for my own father, I was thrilled to find Stefania and her loving care. As one of only 3 patients in the home, my dad receives absolutely fantastic care and has thrived. He came to her in rough shape from a lengthy hospital stay and she completely turned him around, all bed sores healed and he just looks like a different person. If you are looking for someone to love on and care for your loved one like family but with professional expertise and you are super picky about cleanliness, you will find that here.
