Great team of therapists and nursing team. I will continue to recommend Heritage Gardens to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved ones to rehab.

My mother stayed there for a little over 2 years. The facility is now clean at all. We found bugs in the night stand and roaches and no one did anything about it. They kept my mother sedated and never woke her up for meal times. We requested diaper changes every time we went to see her. And she was always fast asleep. Towards the end of her life I advised them not to keep her sedated so she could eat and be awake when we visited her. By then her appetite was not great as she was not getting any food or water. We reported 2 large boils / bed soars on the bottom of her heals. She was in pain but could not tell us where . The nurses that gave her a bath did not see that and she always wore the same socks . After we reported that they dressed the golf size soars. We bought her 3 new cotton nighties and those were taken from her room. We bought a padding for her bed and that was gone too. My mother was not treated well at all n very dad and disappointing. I would not recommend that place to anyone. Patients are not treated well at all. Sad very sad and not she is no longer with us. It's a shame and very 😔 😟

This facility is filled with passionate and caring individuals who create an excellent patient experience. I would highly recommend that anyone seeking out a nursing home that they stop by and truly consider Heritage Gardens.

I had a very concerning experience with Heritage Garden Rehab & Healthcare. Despite having valid Power of Attorney in place, the facility failed to honor it and allowed my loved one to make independent decisions while clearly mentally incompetent. As a result, she was put in real danger. After being allowed to leave, she fell twice and her actions led to police involvement and a report being filed. These were preventable situations that should never have been allowed to happen under proper supervision. There was a lack of accountability from both staff and administration when these concerns were raised. Communication was poor, and there was little to no effort made to work with me to ensure proper care, supervision, or safety planning. For a facility responsible for vulnerable individuals, this level of disregard is extremely troubling. I would strongly caution others to think carefully before trusting this facility with the care of a loved one.

This review is for Renuka, LVN We were visiting a relative and we had called her for some assistance. When she came to the room, the way she arrived and interacted made us feel very uncomfortable. She seemed out of breath and appeared irritated, which made the interaction unpleasant. After leaving the room, she went to the nurse station and was whispering about us which is very unprofessional. Management should pay attention to such behavior. Patients and their families deserve respectful and professional treatment. We were also told that she is not an RN. Her badge said LVN, but she told us she was an RN, which was confusing The facility should ensure that staff represent their qualifications honestly and clearly. Also, we heard that she often speaks negatively about patients and their families at the nurse station. Management should look into this matter and ensure that staff maintain professionalism and respect when discussing patients.
