3.7 · 6 reviewsMy uncle stayed at this facility for less than 4 days before passing away. For those few days, they charged $6,500. The CEO verbally used a prorated rate to induce the family to use them, but upon my uncle’s very quick passing, they completely reversed position… They kept 100% of the $6,500! Even after repeated attempts, they refused to discuss a fair prorated refund for the unused days, and never once returned my phone calls. This made me feel totally dismissed during our family's grief. I would be careful before trusting them with your loved ones or your finances.
Couldn't ask for a better place to trust to take GREAT care of your loved ones..DANIEL and ROCHIKA are hands down the BEST EVER. I never had to worry about anything. They treated my mom like she was one of their own family. Highly recommend!! GREAT GREAT PEOPLE!

This facility is excellent. After being involved with three nursing homes, Heritage House provides consistent and loving care to the residents. Unlike the large nursing homes, the workers do not change on a weekly basis but, in general, have worked there for many years. The only complaint would be that there is not enough activities for the residents.
