The management and staff go above and beyond to make the days fun and foster a sense of community and family in all they do. My mom became sick and they allowed me to lean on them heavily for help as we transitioned my mom to assisted living. They were always so kind and loving—and I will always be grateful to them for loving my mom almost as much as I do ?? Sweet and attentive staff, great food, fun activities—excellent…

We’ve been with Heritage Lakes for a couple of years. My mom and her brother started in independent living in their spacious and beautiful two bedroom cottages by the lake. The management and staff go above and beyond to make the days fun and foster a sense of community and family in all they do. My mom became sick and they allowed me to lean on them heavily for help as we transitioned my mom to assisted living. It is in a great location because of where it it set. They did a really good job and it was well thought out, if you go outside there is a lot of places to be and walk around. The facility inside is well laid out as well. They set it up so every time one of the residents in memory care opens a door it looks like they are stepping into a living room so it feels more like home rather a hotel feel, that really caught my attention. It is a newer place and they incorporated a lot of natural light too.
Our tour with Heritage Lakes was marvelous, they spent a lot of time with us. It looked like it was going to be great but it was not finished yet and we needed a place for my mom right away. It is a pet friendly facility as well.
