Excellent nursing care! We loved all the staff while my mom was there.
Knowing your loved one is safe, respected, and surrounded by compassionate caregivers brings real peace of mind. I’m so grateful for the care and heart they put into everything they do. Thank you High Hope!

Our grandmother has been taken very well care of for several years now. Things are clean, friendly, and professional.
Everyone was very helpful and inviting.
My mother is a resident at High Hope due to the fact that with me being her POA & and also holding her Directive for Medical Decisions, she has been in very nice private home settings that she could not and would not adjust to , not to mention hospital & Rehabilitation stays that she couldn’t get out quick enough. I am not from Brenham but my sister is, and high Hope has never gotten any flack other than daily issues that we all deal with. I do know that tonight when I left my mom, who is on hospice, see wanted to go with 🥹it broke my heart to tell her I count take care of her the way these ladies & men have been. I have to say that she is always clean ,and I can get a smile out of her. Bless you all 🙏🏼Judy Gilmore
