My mom moved to Highland Meadows in 2017 for long term care. Mom decided she wanted her independence back. During her time she ran the gift shop with assistance from the activity director. Mom had a very active and social life which she had missed living with us. It was a sad day for me when she left. Mom blossomed there with many friends and staff that became like family. Thank you Highland family, staff, doctors, physical therapy! The office and social workers, kitchen staff, laundry staff, maintenance and cleaning staff. Highland Meadows is filled with excellent people! Thank you all for…

If I could give this place ten stars I would. My husband arrived in a wheelchair and left walking out of this wonderful establishment. Dr Bui has the best care team. There are so many people to mention and I would not remember everyone's name. So many people are not in this capture. We had a warm greeting when checking in the facility. The nurses are caring. My 100-year-old grandmother had a fall and went to Highland Meadows for her rehabilitation. My interactions with Elizabeth and Wendy were flawless. Both were caring, professional, and guided me through the process of admittance easily. During my grandmother's stay, she encountered so many kind and caring folks. Mary in Physical Therapy and Tasha in the nursing staff are just a couple of the MANY wonderful folks we encountered. Thank you all, you are all so appreciated.

Thank you all for your compassion with my mother. It has been a rocky road but you all have shown great patients. She is so much better and so much more comfortable then she has been in years.

Highland Meadows is an excellent nursing and rehabilitation center. Working as a hospice chaplain for the past 22 years, I have never ever witnessed such a compassionate, attentive staff, proactive communication, high cleanliness standards, and engaging resident physical therapy. I am now on the other side, as my spouse had a massive stroke a little over a month ago and received inpatient rehab at Highland Meadows. There is no other place I would have even considered for her to receive this care. From the admission coordinator, the CNAs, the nurses, the physical therapists, the social workers, the dietary staff and the housekeeping and reception staff….please know that Carol and I are grateful to you all. The qualified and outstanding staff is number one, the cleanliness of every part of the building and the welcoming atmosphere makes Highland Meadows the only place I will recommend to anyone seeking rehab or nursing care. Thank You for the care and respect you provided not only to my Carol, but also to me. Wishing you all grace & peace. rev. angela stone-campbell.

My daughter Laura was at Highland Meadows for over 7 months. She had 4 surgeries on the same hip so needed a lot of rehab. Everyone at the facility was wonderful, including the pt staff, the nurses and aides, the admissions and finance departments and social services. The facility was always very clean and the staff very caring. We were fortunate to have her stay at such a great facility. I give them my highest recommendation. I would like to add one more comment to this review about an extraordinary lady who works at Highland Meadows. Her name is Ashley Bolden and she is the assistant financial manager. Because our daughter is not yet eligible for Medicare, her financial challenges were more than we could handle by ourselves. Ashley went above and beyond helping us with the complexities of our unique situation. She is to be commended for the extra care, patience and knowledge she exhibited. Highland Meadows is fortunate to have Ashley on their staff! Sincerely, Nancy Jennison

Review: Compassionate Care and Exceptional Therapy Choosing a rehabilitation/long term care facility for an elderly parent is an unsettling experience, but our experience with Highland Meadows Health and Rehab was a smooth and comfortable transition. With trying experiences such as this, I am greatful for the patience and understanding that I received from the staff. My mother stayed at Highland Meadows for six weeks following a complete shoulder replacement and previous injuries and I truly felt that she was in safe and capable hands. The staff doesn't just "do their job"—they truly care. Because my mother is quite shy, I was so touched by the kindness of the nurses and CNAs. Yevete went above and beyond during showers, ensuring Mom stayed covered with towels to maintain her comfort and dignity. Joy was incredibly attentive, never hesitating when I asked for blood pressure checks or wound care. Heather, Marco and Mary in PT/OT were exceptional; their genuine investment in her recovery was evident every single day. I also appreciated the presence of the Administrator, Bobbi Jo. She made a point to greet me every time she saw me, proactively asking what the facility could do to better facilitate my mom’s specific needs. It’s rare to see that level of accessibility from leadership. The "Extra" Touch was the salon. Charlene is lovely. She is so kind and does a beautiful job—she truly loves on the residents and radiates the love of Jesus. The staff here definitely makes a facility feel less like an institution and more like a community. While no place is ever "just like home," I slept better knowing my mother was being treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. I am so grateful for the team at Highland Meadows.

Everyone who took care of me seemed to really enjoy their work and were very attentive
