I called last week and spoke with Carrie to inquire about my grandmother and when I say this is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with very unprofessional!! Do not send your family here!
The staff is so friendly and helpful, as a professional having to enter the facility frequently. Michelle the DON is accommodating and helpful. The facility is clean and I'm never denied access to patients as needed.
The staff is wonderful and caring! Great group of people and service.
My Aunt Pat Buford Bowers Freeman and my Uncle Billy lived here before they passed away.
I am a 53 year old Colemanite who had the pleasure of staying with the very qualified individuals at Holiday Hill, in Coleman TX. After a stent in the hospital, I found that I needed rehab. Holiday Hill accepted my needs and myself for my next challenge. I was treated with smiles, respect, and as though I were a friend. I never felt like a "patient". If you are in need, or have someone you care about who is, please consider the folks at Holiday Hill. I'm not getting any rewards for writing this, but if you utilize these folks skills, abilities, and , wonderful personalities, you will reap rewards of your own!!!
My wife was in the Allen Center for over two years. It was such a great facility to care for a loved one. The place was always clean and the layout was great for comfort of residence and visitors. Staff members were great, made sure everyones needs were met. I would highly recommend Holiday Hills to anyone needing care for a loved one.
Clean, friendly staff. Residents seem happy and cared for.
Holiday Hill Nursing home is probably the worst facility I have ever visited or attended. Those seeking to provide residence for their family members should look elsewhere. It is dirty, the rooms are cramped for patients with more than a handful of personal belongings, staff can be rude (though this is mainly due to their poor working conditions that are enforced upon them by their superiors), the food is known for not being of high esteem as the facility refuses to allow staff to get higher quality ingredients, and the residents are at constant risk of contamination due to poor handling of biohazard waste and raw sewage. Most residents if not all are constantly miserable due to their poor conditions and lack of stimulation. Never would I recommend bringing your family here. You will also be looking at spending a bloody fortune for no reason as the facility is not up to par with their pricing.
