4.1 · 98 reviewsWorst apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. The management completely ignores maintenance requests, even after months of waiting. The property is poorly maintained, the services are terrible, and the cleanliness is unacceptable. Yet they keep raising the rent every year without improving anything. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere
While the units are okay this property falls short in numerous areas. They are very helpful getting you in then the issues begin. From the elevators breaking down for extended periods, to lack of visitor parking spaces for seniors who have caregivers to park without getting towed to no type of security on the door entrances. Also they make you go through an entire new application and deposit process if you want to move to a smaller unit. Then there is the real issue of not having wheelchair ramps on all their sidewalks, as they are a “senior property” and their are only 4 wheelchair…

This is a horrible web page! There are no photos of the actual apartment spaces! No actual visual of how the apartment kitchen, bed, bath or anything!

I brought my grandma there to check the place out and Tiffany was amazing! Couldn’t have been better 👍🏾
Shouts out to Tiffany at Hometowne on Bellfort. She was super helpful from day one and took pride in providing comfort my mom. All of our questions were answered promptly and the move in was a breeeze. Thanks again Tiffany for your help and attention to detail!
Full of roaches, maintenance man will agree with you. Even after extermination roaches bad. Also Tiffany is very rude. I had an issue with my heater being too hot and not cooling. She told me that others have it worse off and was unprofessional. At another time she was questioning my disabilities and telling me I am not bed ridden so should be able to go down the stairs. Actually crazy and disrespectful. She shouldn’t work here or anywhere in hospitality.
