Houston Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

My mother came here for rehab after an injury, and we were skeptical because no one is going to love and treat you better than family. To my shock, this place proved me wrong. The staff treated my mama like family. My mom wants to find a way to sneak the office manager, Jacqueline, with her when she leaves. Now she is telling me we better clean the house like they do at this facility. They might have created a new headache for us 😩😂😂. I know they say there’s no place like home, but this place definitely feels like a home away from home.

This place is amazing! The staff are very accommodating and give 100 percent day in and day out. The receptionist Gary is the best part of this place and brings a ray of sunlight. He is professional and brings a smile to my face every time I visit, the world needs more Gary's

My mother was a resident here from 2016 to 2018. Now my aunt is a resident here Ms. Christine Barrnet I wouldn’t think of taking her anywhere else but here, the staff is very nice and pleasant when it comes to me asking questions toward her care whenever I need something, I can always go to the activity department and they will make sure that I asked them to do anything for my aunt. It is done. All three of the ladies and activities are very pleasant when I come in and they make my Aunt feel like she is very important in at home.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care provided at this nursing facility. The staff consistently show compassion, patience, and respect, creating a warm and welcoming environment. I would especially like to recognize Franklin, CNA, for the exceptional care and support he provides every day. Franklin goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and safe. He always has a positive attitude stays very professional and is always willing to help. Im always disappointed when I catch him on his off days.
