3.6 · 46 reviewsDo not let your family member go to this facility. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. My mother had a hip replacement and came to this facility for her post hospital care. They had nobody available at night to help my mother to the restroom. The CNA on site said they were not trained to help people get to the bathroom. It is 10:24 PM at night and my mother has not had her evening meds. I will be filing complaints with the state and anybody who will listen to me.
Despite a shaky start due to hospital discharge, my overall experience at Huebner Creek was very positive. Shout outs include Connie, Dolores, Roxanne, Courtney, Ruby, Pilar, Eli, Linh, Yvonne, Rigat, Grace, Crystal, Robbin, Thalia, Ben, Dan and especially Ashley and Victor. All listened to me, treated me with kindness and respect no matter what mood I was in. I watched them work together for the betterment of everyone in the facility; I watched them encourage every one of us in PT and OT no matter how we were doing. And the list goes on. I’ve had a very positive experience with Huebner Creek Health & Rehabilitation Center. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes both residents and visitors feel comfortable. The staff is professional, attentive, and truly cares about the well-being of everyone there. A special shoutout to Rosemary, who is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to help, is incredibly kind, and always makes sure any questions or concerns are addressed quickly. Her dedication and compassion really stand out and make a big difference. As well as Victor, seems to really take his role seriously! Overall, this is a great place with a strong team that works hard to provide quality care and support. Highly recommend!
I would like to thank two nurses who take care of my brother-in-law, Anthony Valdez, who is the nurse Connie that worked the evening shift the nurse art who worked the first shift thank you for all what you did for my brother-in-law while he was there at Huebner Creek I will truly miss him going to the facility, taking him his sodas, his cookies, his popcorn, his lottery tickets, tacos I still can’t believe that he is no longer with us. He really loved it there. I will always cherish the memories that I had with them during the Christmas holiday that The activity lady had for the residence my brother-in-law Anthony enjoyed that day. He was all smile and happy because there were a lot of sweets to eat. Thank you once again Huebner Creek.

Muy buena atención
We love this place. Had my mom here and she was well taken care of by the nurses and staff. The DON nurse Jackie was very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a facility for their loved ones.
