Hunters Pond Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

My mother was recently at this facility. She spent many of nights calling me around 3am and 5am where she was not being monitored by her pain management nor help to go to bathroom . She is also is bond to a wheelchair she is paralyzed from the waist down. It is something we as a large family have never encountered. We were advised that there would be a provider caring for her and her treatment at this facility at all times. I had to make a call more than once, however only once was able to speak to an administrator questioning why she was not given her pain medication to only be told she was out of medication. How is this possible is there no individuals at this facility monitoring the well being or care for the patients and if so are they not trained properly or have no sort of medical education in patient care. I was then told by administrator I would receive a call back if this had been handled. However that not once happened. After my mother's appointment with her surgeon he requested for her to be released from this faculty dur to the lack of care. I'm certain he will be filling a report to the insurance company as well as management. However i as well will be filing a formal complaint with the state to make certain not one more familiy member ever have to experience the lack of care for those you love. This is so unsatisfactory and so unprofessional for even advised as a caring facility. We as insurance paying people need to make changes. Our ill family meme

Great place. My mom was there for 2 weeks and well taken care of. Place is nice and clean . Nurses respond very quickly when assistance was needed.

Staff was very friendly the place looked very clean and it looked like everything was in its place. I didn't smell anything bad it really smelt very clean.

The facilities were nice and staff very friendly.

Hunters Pond is an amazing facility. Their team isn’t perfect, but deliver great care. Their nurses are top notch and I trust their leadership!
