Excellent care, quiet setting. So very glad we found ICT!
I went there and they neglected me like crazy all they are covered with is money they blackmailed me to keep my mouth shut about what there doing including rasing the rent also they DO NOT care about your health there they do not want to spend money to help you I have a tooth that needed to be pulled after constantly being a problem about the pain after a month they took me to get it pulled and the dentist didn't even pull the roots last but definitely not least over 50 of residents died under their care because of neglect I had a friend there who needed a new heart pacer and she has been…

I live at ICOT and this is a horrible place to live. The food is the worst food I've ever eaten in my life and the portions are tiny. Most of the staff has no teeth or alot of missing teeth and they talk about their drug use. The housekeeping and the laundry ladies are thieves and the management is less than. I've made several complaints about my things being stolen to management and the answer is always ill check the camera but nothing is ever done. There are two large holes in the walls of my room and some sort of cable cord sticking out of the ceiling.im beyond unhappy here.
This facility is like coming home. The homecooked meals are awesome and the staff is really caring and helpful. The residents always seem to be happy and content. It also offers a peaceful environment.
The food wasn't good or healthy. Some staff are mean and don't do anything. You only get to go out very seldomly and you only get a total of 14 days out of the year to spend time with your family. You can't have any pets here.
Great place for those in need of assisted living. Clean, full service, with kind and professional staff. A very safe environment!!
A very basic facility, but homey and clean. Has a first-rate staff that goes the extra mile for their patients. Don't know why there aren't more places like this.
