3.5 · 140 reviewsI am in a different state trying to reach my loved one. My first call today the receptionist mumbled something in the background and hung up on me. I tried 3 times afterwards using a different number, no-one answered the phone. On all three times I let phone ring between 20 and 40 times ( not an exaggeration). It's unacceptable that my calls have been unanswered.
I have truly enjoyed the care and interactions with this facility. They have been very attentive and helpful. Thank you for everything you do!
I can’t say enough great things about this team. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely care—making it feel just like family.

Major shoutout to Interlochen Health and Rehab!!! Nursing team and therapy department!!! My love one was there for short-term rehab! Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable! Very home like environment 🩷🩷
This facility has such a caring atmosphere. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond. Families looking for skilled care or memory support would feel comfortable here.

Nurse Kim is phenomenal and the staff truly does care. It’s hard to find loving caring people these days but I found it within this facility.
