Did not end up coming to facility due to personal reasons. The marketing director was such a big help to me and my brother in this process giving 5 stars to the sweetness of that young lady
Tried to fear-monger me into signing a DNR for my sister who wasn't even close to dying because they couldn'thandle her behavior as a disabled adult. Refused to provide documentation of her living there to potential homes, despite them going through the process of evicting her. Lied and told another group home they have no documentation of her ever living there. This place is shady and disgusting. Edit: the automated reply to this sums up your experience with this place entirely. do not bring your loved ones here.
Awful place employees cant explain a an over 4000.00 bill months after my grandmother was moved from this facility. She owed nothing. They give you a corporate number that is never answered or returns messages. Formally called kaufman health care center. Corporate number is the same.
I gave it 2 stars, because the staff is very polite. But, my daughter hasn't received any type of physical therapy at all. And when I ask about trying to help my daughter draw her disability, I am told " her husband " is taking care of it. All this time, her husband has only managed to get her out of the house and get his new girlfriend moved in. And as for her father, he only came back into her life after Angie had her stroke on June 19, 2025. I am her mother...
Tasha has been amazing in helping me through the process of transitioning my loved one into a nursing home. Since this was all new to me, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel supported every step of the way. The staff and everyone here have been wonderful!
We have been very pleased with the care that not only my sister has gotten, but we as her family! The process of meeting her needs & the communication with the family has brought us such comfort & improvement. My sister that was so ready to leave from her 1st day has said that she is happy! The honour of everyone there is to be commended! We knew she had to go to a care facility & just prayed that they would love her! Our prayer have been answered!
Our friend, David Dunston is here. The staff are wonderful and really care about the patients and their family and friends. They even offered us a plate of wonderful food that Cathy made who is in the kitchen. Genie and Jami are very kind and were very compassionate as were the rest of the staff., Thank y’all for taking care of our friebd
THIS IS MY FATHER THAT IS IN THIS NURSING HOME ....PLEASE IF YOU VALUE YOUR FAMILY'S WELL BEING PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT BEING ABUSED LIKE MY FATHER... I'm in a nursing home right now at first I was waiting for my surgery now I just had surgery on my (a total hip replacement). The same nurse that lied about the accurate time that she gave it to me. She would put down that she gave my medicine at like 3:00 pm when actually she gave it to me st 2:00 pm. She did this this multiple times. She did this so I would get my pills an hour late.Needless to say I raised all kinds of heck the rest of that day and night. Well the next day the Nurse practitioner for the hospital came apologizing to me telling me that the surgeon forgot to release the orders to my nursing home. (Yea okay) So the that afternoon and night went ok. The nurse before my surgery came in and gave me what I was supose to have but I was supposed to get a very light dose of medicine to go along with the morning medicine so it would ease the pain throughout the day. Which the nurse did but she failed to bring my stronger medication in the next time. Then lied to me and say that my surgeons orders have canceled because they didn't want me to get too high on the doses (her exact words). She brought me in my last dose before her getting off, which was the exact same medication she had been giving that day. Two hours after she left I called the nurse that took her place in, and asked her for my next dose of next dose of medication. She brought me in the dose that I had been missing all of that day. Showing that the orders never was changed. Talking with the D.O.N. tomorrow morning
