Took great care of all the residents I saw. Everyone seemed happy and there were NO smells.
A well ran nursing home. Residents are well kept, out of their rooms, and adequately supervised. So glad we moved our mother here. Staff are caring and nurturing and are busy the whole time. Great Job James Jones and crew.
my mom has been here alittle over 1yr.This place doesn't look like those photos at all?my mom's personal memorable items have been lost, stolen or who's to say misplaced?clothes, jewlery, body sprays, and throw over blankets ect.never been found or answeres from staff members, laundry care giver ect there food is nasty looking and smells awful at times
The place has gone downhill. They have CNAs that take forever to do anything. They have one that is so dense, she can't even boil water 💦. Whatever you do find some other place.
My husband has been at Lakeridge for 14 months. He is very well cared for, loved, and spoiled! The food is good, the rooms are a nice size, the activities are enjoyable, and the facility is clean. I could not be more pleased with this facility and its wonderful staff. I realize that no facility is perfect. My husband has been in 4 different facilities in the past 3+ years. Lakeridge has been by far the best facility he has been in.
Lakeridge Nursing and Rehabilitation is an old facility, but it's still very well cared for. The size is something that I liked. It's not an overly large community and the people are genuine and caring. Their room is being shared for two people. It is open, has two closets for both, a shared bathroom, and then dividing curtains between them. They also have an outdoor courtyard area that some residents can go out to, weather permitting. They have a dining area that's pleasant looking and an area up in the front where the residents were down there being entertained with some music.
My mother was placed here by hospice while I went out of town. Everyone was so friendly until I left. They were rude and griped at my mother when she asked for help. The food was cold and tasted terrible. When I went to pick my mother up, we were able to walk in, walk right by the nurse’s station, while the nurses were there, gather my mom and her things and leave. They had no idea she left. Please read the reviews before you leave your loved one here!!!!! The staff does not care about anyone!
Night nurse Julie is rude and disrespectful to residents. Raising her voice at a resident who has Alzheimer’s when the resident didn’t want to take her medicine. Saying you’re an rn you know you need to take your medicine. I use to work with you at Slaton care center. When resident still refused she yelled even louder at the residents. I hope and pray she is never my family member nurse, if so I will take my family to another facility
