Hypothermia!!!! They let her freeze to death. No one was ever held accountable! Not one i'm sorry to her sons. This wasn't an accident. This wasn't something that could happen to anyone. It was negligence that cost her her life. Joyce was the most kind hearted person.. She was a mother a grandmother..Joyce was a doctor! Her life was more than the chump change insurance money they threw at her sons. I will continue…

Do not trust these people with your loved one. I can't believe they are even allowed to be in business. Joyce Johnson....I want everyone to know that name. She died in their care. Hypothermia!!!! The residents living here are forced to do what the employer wants them to do . Freedom is extremely limited , there's absolutely nothing for them to do outside. They are forced to stay in their rooms and out of common areas such as the living room . Food is controlled and off limits after certain hours . The property is nice and there is no reason for not having a place for residents to enjoy the outdoors. It's a shame when a person is paid good money for assisted living, and they treat residents as if they are children . My review is from experience by seeing and talking to residents . I…

The residents living here are forced to do what the employer wants them to do . Freedom is extremely limited , there's absolutely nothing for them to do outside. They are forced to stay in their rooms and out of common areas such as the living room . Food is controlled and off limits after certain hours . The property is nice and there is no reason for not having a place for residents to enjoy the outdoors. It's a shame when a person is paid good money for assisted living, and they treat residents as if they are children . My review is from experience by seeing and talking to residents . I don't have family or friends there, so there no reason for me to have a personal agenda to retaliate.
LAKEWOOD ASSISTED LIVING, IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE WITH THE QUALITY OF CARE THAT THEY GAVE MY GRANDFATHER UNTIL HE TRANSITIONED…..AN OPEN DOOR POLICY OF LOVE, RESPECT, UNDERSTANDING, AND THEY TAKE PRIDE IN EXCELLENT CARE…..I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY TOO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A PLACE FOR THEIR LOVE ONES…….SINCERELY THE WILLIAMS FAMILY………

I have been in the healthcare industry for over 30 and I have never experienced anyone that run their business immaculate as Konette Horton! She take proud in caring for her clients and she goes above and beyond with a great living atmosphere! I highly recommend Lakewood assistant living!!!
