My dad moved in after hospital stay. The staff is amazing. They treated Him with respect and patience. Any issues that were discovered were corrected immediately. We had to move him from Paris to Fort Worth to be closer to me. They definitely set the bar high for us.

We moved a parent into The Plaza memory care unit this past weekend, and the experience was incredibly positive and compassionate. Staff made an effort to build relationships, supported us throughout the move-in, and immediately began our parent's transition when she arrived. Every detail was perfect and accommodations are so homey and warm. The process of transition was seamless with collaboration from staff and home health care, the pharmacy, and her prior home. My dad has been a resident at The Plaza on North Main since they opened. He loves it there, the activities, trips, food, staff and more. Excellent assisted living experience for him and a blessing for us.

Warm, caring staff, large rooms.

If you haven’t visited the Plaza on North Main yet, consider this your official invitation—minus the wax seal and calligraphy, but with all the sincerity. The moment you step inside, you’ll notice that our newly updated facility isn’t just shiny for show. Every corner was designed with comfort, convenience, and community in mind. New lighting, fresh finishes, modern amenities… it’s like the building got a well-deserved spa day. But the real magic of the Plaza isn’t in the walls—it’s in the people. Our dedicated staff is the heartbeat of North Main. They show up every day with energy, professionalism, and the uncanny ability to make everything run smoothly (even when it shouldn’t, by the laws of the universe). Whether it’s offering a warm greeting, providing support, or going that extra mile nobody asked for but everyone appreciates, this team consistently proves that excellence is a habit, not a goal. In short: beautiful facility, exceptional service, and a team that treats every visitor and resident like family. The Plaza on North Main isn’t just a place—it’s an experience worth having.

My dad is an assisted living resident at The Plaza, and I am impressed with so many things. The communication between us as family members of a resident and the staff is excellent. The staff shows such love and care for all the residents; residents are treated as if they are their family members too. There are a variety of activities planned to meet the residents' social and physical needs. The facility is clean and well-maintained. We couldn't ask for more!

Very attractive. The complex is well appointed and obviously well cared for. Resident safety is paramount. The staff is experienced, and management continuously provides personal training opportunities as staff is expanded due to increased occupancy. Relations between employees and residents is openly casual and friendly but highly professional in the services rendered.

My mom is a resident here & was one of the first to move in. The staff are truly caring & the facility is so well maintained & clean. The mantra of “caring” starts at the top with Gina Nance, Director, and permeates throughout the whole living experience and staff. As a family member, I do not worry about my mom. She loves it here and says “there’s always something going on to do here” but also appreciates the privacy in her quiet room when she’s ready for time.
