4.7 · 74 reviewsThis is a nice, clean facility with very friendly staff. We had a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen,dining and living room lots of space for two people.
Buy a motion sensor camera for the entry way to your apt. I had $[fee removed] worth of furniture & paintings stolen from my apt. Admin had signed out the key but didn't feel responsible. That's why I moved. The chef & wait staff are great.
I like my apartment but, there has been problems with maintenance taking long to fix. Problems that were there before i moved in: gutter wss loose above balcony and I had water in my living room from rain coming from balcony it took months to repair gutter. cracks on balcony still not repaired, garbage disposal was repaired but took 2 weeks to repair. Liquid laundry detergent dripped behind washing machine, it was reported but it hasn’t been cleaned(needs washing and dryer to be moved). you do not know there are certain issues or problems in the apartment or facility before you move in and…

I like my apartment but, there has been problems with maintenance taking long to fix. I now wonder if the previous resident left because of the issues and Landon Ridge staff knew about them. I need to use a Rollator walker and can’t go up steps so i can’t go to outings because they can’t use the transportations lift.

Great experience overall at Landon Ridge Alamo Ranch. However, I understand this is an independent living facility, but when someone is in obvious need of physical help, there should be an exception made to assist the individual.
I would recommend Landon Ridge. I am very comfortable here. The staff are great.

Landon Ridge Alamo Ranch is consistently amazing! Landon Ridge is very communicative with us and provide valuable information as needed. Initially we were nervous to move her in but quickly realized it was for the best. Peace of mind is so important and we have that with Landon Ridge.
