My best friend is currently at center for rehabilitation services. I am very impressed with security procedures at Alturas Nursing & Transitional Care. Staff was super friendly too. I had a positive experience as a visitor.

It is clear that the team here takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about the well-being of those they serve.
