4.5 · 263 reviewsI wish I could give this place a 0! My mom almost died here!! If you have love ones and you care for them I would not recommend this place! My mother kept telling them she was feeling bad for two weeks and they did nothing. She told them she wanted to call 911 they didn’t let her. To make a long story short my mom almost died of Phnumonia they finally called 911 when they noticed she was unconscious! She arrived at the ED unresponsive. The Emergency Department is is also filing an APS case on this place!
I am incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown by the nurses and staff at Laurel Court. My mother suffered a stroke three years ago and also struggled with manic depression and anxiety during her recovery journey. The team at Laurel Court treated her with patience, dignity, and genuine kindness every step of the way. Coming from South Texas, we were worried about finding the right place for her care and rehabilitation, but the admission process was relatively fast and smooth, which brought our family peace of mind during a difficult time. I am incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown by the nurses and staff at Laurel Court. My mother suffered a stroke three years ago and also struggled with manic depression and anxiety during her recovery journey. The team at Laurel Court treated her with patience, dignity, and genuine kindness every step of the way. Coming from South Texas, we were worried about finding the right place for her care and rehabilitation, but the admission process was relatively fast and smooth, which brought our family peace of mind during a difficult time. The nurses and staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure my mother felt comfortable, supported, and encouraged throughout her stay. Thanks to their dedication, professionalism, and compassionate approach, my mother made tremendous progress in both her physical and emotional recovery. We truly appreciate everything the staff has done for her and our family. Thank you for the outstanding service and care.

Sydney did an amazing job assisting and showed phenomenal customer service! She was very gentle and expressed empathy throughout the whole visit. I really appreciate her!
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is kind, caring, and you can truly tell they love what they do, but Alba, (the Activities Director) especially deserves recognition. Alba goes above and beyond to make sure the residents aren’t just “living” here, but actually enjoying life. There’s always something fun, meaningful, or uplifting going on, and you can see how much happiness it brings everyone. Whether it’s holiday events, games, music, crafts, or just taking the time to make residents feel included, it’s done with so much heart. What stood out to me most is how personal everything feels. The residents are treated with genuine kindness and respect, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming instead of clinical or cold. You can tell Alba really pays attention to the little things and truly cares about making people smile. It’s comforting knowing there are people like this who make such a difference in seniors’ lives every single day. This community is very lucky to have someone so compassionate and dedicated creating such a positive environment.
My grandma has the pleasure of having Sydney B as her nurse and caretaker, and she speaks so highly of her every time I talk to her. Sydney is always patient, caring, and attentive, and it truly means a lot to know my grandma is being looked after by someone with such a kind heart. I’m very appreciative of the care, comfort, and positivity she brings.
The nurse Sydney is so great! I’m so comfortable with her and she has excellent communication. Always try to find people who actually cares for our loved ones and to me that’s Sydney!
I have been very impressed with leadership at Laurel Court under Martha Kennerson. Martha and her team provide a safe and welcoming environment. The facility is well run, organized and the staff seems genuinely supported by her management style. Martha is incredibly approachable and always makes time to listen to family concerns. She is attentive, professional and very knowledgeable. She has created a culture of excellence that gives our family great peace of mind.
