4.2 · 53 reviewsHorrific, disgraceful experience here. Hopefully the shady management has changed since my mother was here. If it has not I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even if I were offered a million bucks. If you do choose to send your loved one here install a camera.
We chose Legacy Living at Arlington because of the friendly staff, value for the money, and convenient location for us. I gave it a 3 because the facility closed, the owners came in, decided they did not want to do it anymore, and shut it down so we had to move out.
The community is great for memory care. My loved one is now on a routine. The staff makes sure my loved one gets out of their room, down to the dining room, and is clean everyday. My loved one is happy here, and so is the family. The staff communication with the family is great. They are quick to respond to our questions. There are three meals and snacks served and to the residents. The community has a website that the family can see what our loved one has been up to. Bingo, tv activities, theme parties, flower arranging, arts and crafts, and more are some of the activities that the residents…

Loving group of people have worked together to help my loved one journey through her Alzheimer's. She has been happy and safe in this facility.
The entire staff at Legacy Living at Arlington, from the office, The Nurses, and the attendants, are committed to the care of my wife. I am kept informed of [name removed] situation and needs. They have been very thoughtful during this unique environment.
My Mom was a day stay at Legacy Living and we also used them for respite care a few times. Mom was always treated with kindness and respect. Always greeted with hugs. She was always clean and freshly changed when picked up. Legacy Living was a blessing to our family.
I’m pleased with the care my father gets here. They offer stimulating activities and encourage socialization. There is a safe area outside for residents who like to wander. I would recommend this community for loved ones who have dementia or Alzheimer’s.
This community is a gift to our friend and his family. It was becoming impossible to care for my neighbor for his wife, she started looking for help and found Legacy Living. She and her family decided this would be the best decision for everyone involved. We are all able to visit, even non family, and you can see he and the other patients are clean and well cared for. Thank God for Legacy Living...thank you.
