Moments where residents were waiting… where things weren’t handled the way they should have been. And those moments stay with you. Because these aren’t just residents. They are someone’s mom. Someone’s dad. Someone’s whole world. There are employees there who care deeply—but they are overwhelmed, stretched thin, and trying to carry more than they should have to. That’s not fair to them. And it’s not fair to the residents. This isn’t about being negative—it’s about being honest. Families trust this place with the people they love most. And that trust deserves to be taken seriously.
