Good vibes and attitudes. Up to date tech on check-in. I have hope the rehab process will succeed in my dear friend's recovery.
Great facility! The staff are extremely inviting and were so kind to me. Patients seemed upbeat and happy and the facility is bright and smells good.

I HAD REHAB AT LEGACY REHAB CENTER LAST YEAR FOR MY HEART AND KNEE REPLACEMENT. I FOUND THE STAFF VERY NICE AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE TO HELP MY RECOVERY. I BROKE MY LEG LAST MONTH AND I RETURNED HERE FOR MY REHAB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR PACIENTS IN NEED
This is not a good facility based on our experience. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is unwelcoming. The receptionist was extremely rude not just to visitors, but also to residents. We witnessed her rolling her eyes, throwing her pen, and speaking disrespectfully to a kind elderly resident who was simply asking for assistance. While some of the nursing staff are kind and attentive, others clearly should not be working in this environment. The inconsistency in care and attitude is concerning when you’re trusting people with your loved one. The admissions coordinator was one of the few bright spots professional, helpful, and respectful. Unfortunately, our experience with the social worker was the opposite. She came across as dismissive, unapproachable, and uninterested in residents’ needs or family concerns. It often felt like we were inconveniencing her just by asking for basic information. Overall, the level of compassion and respect shown to residents is lacking. Many are treated more like a burden than as individuals who deserve dignity and care. One kitchen staff member stood out as kind and friendly, but that was the exception rather than the norm. I would strongly encourage others to thoroughly research and visit before considering this facility for a loved one
I connected with Legacy Rehabilitation and Living while exploring care options for a family friend and was very impressed with their professionalism and compassion. Christine was especially helpful, taking the time to clearly explain services with patience and empathy. Although our loved one’s condition was too critical for placement, we truly appreciated the kindness and support we received. I would recommend reaching out to their team when considering care options for a loved one.
Great facility with a very caring staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind and helpful, and you can tell they really care about the residents. It’s always clean and has a welcoming atmosphere.
I had a love one there they didnt take care of him and he is now back in the hospital with covid bronchitis and other infections we asked them to send him to the hospital a they call a non emergency number they have nurses that will look in face and lie my loved was suppose to be there three weeks and then they said it when he meet all there goals. The food is even worse and it is the worst care a person's loved one could have.
