3.5 · 98 reviewsAvoid taking your loved ones here. And I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. They denied my mother the use of the microwave, they had a poor woman asleep in a wheelchair in the hallway at 1AM. The most depressing place I’ve ever been to. I don’t even want to think of this place anymore but I should warn people before I let it out of my mind for good. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place earned it.
Legend Oaks has been wonderful in every way. The staff there are welcoming and very caring with residents and family members. They have been able to answer every question I've had. It has been a very good experience and glad we chose Legend Oaks for my families care.
Staff is friendly and the place is very nice. You can tell they take good care of patients. We know our loved one is in good hands.

I was visiting a dear friend who is sadly nearing end of life.Her pain from a recurring breast cancer has been increasing, and she is now on morphine. We found her comfortable in pristine setting near window, sleeping peacefully. We told her we loved her, said a few more words, and left. While leaving, we were cheered by pleasant greetings by staff and ambulatory patients, very clean, bright and pleasant public spaces. Handicap parking spaces at front were easy to get in and out of.
I was greeted upon entry with a smile. Asked to “please” sign. Front desk ask if I needed help which I did and was directed to the room. I noticed residents & other guests. Place smelled like it had just been cleaned. Staff greeted me along the way. I felt welcomed. I recommend Legend Oaks
Nurses & AD are good and some are not the facilities is cheap, as can be food is not that great? they deliver to my husband in the room. It is cold it sitting in hall more then 30min or more the workers are sitting in the nursery station when I walk out to ask. I need help. They tell me I'll be there in a minute. More like 15min to 30min they're really not doing anything, but on there phone and talking.
My experience today at Legend Oaks was great! I had a warm welcome by the receptionist and staff and they are taking good care of my husband.
