I referred a patient here. Every time I visit her she is better and better. At the time she was admitted she was extremely sick and we honestly didn’t know if she would make it. Lexington Place turned everything around for her. I recently went to visit her and she is very happy and content with her placement. She is no longer sick and depressed. She looked good and made no complaints. The facility staff here are very nice and the building was clean. I have no concerns for her well being as I see she is being taken care of. I would refer anyone here, even my own family. Thank you to the LP…

The staff are rude and so is the D.o.n. the food is nasty roaches in patients rooms, front desk staff was very rude and Tammy in the office was rude two of the aids were very nice to my dad Sandy, and Me. POLK OTHER THAN THAT NASTY NEEDS TO BE closed they don't care at all.
The med aide Carrie is so nice and attentive
Horrible morning staff at the front desk. Disgusting workers
I am a private sitter and was with a resident here. She wasn't care for well at all. There were aides that were impatient with the resident. Family had repeatedly requested certain guidelines to the residents nutritional needs but we're not followed up on. The family decided to move resident to another place!
The DON is the problem. Very rude unprofessional but supposed to be a church going person. A friend of mine had a interview she told them how they needed to dress and to take out an ear piercing then return the next day to get interviewed.
