4.0 · 41 reviewsI’ve been here at Liberty for about a year. Therapy has most certainly been a huge impact on me. I enjoyed working with the guys. The food is not my favorite but, I am a very picky eater so I won’t blame the facility. The cleaning women get the job done. The facility is always nice to look at. Bailey the administrator is a very nice young lady and helpful. I Personally enjoy doing my Own activities but the activity director is so nice. I do not like doing activities with others so I’ll come to her office sometimes a she will do my nails an enjoy talking with her. The facility is a good place…

I’ve been here at Liberty for about a year. Therapy has most certainly been a huge impact on me. I enjoyed working with the guys. I came to Liberty for therapy. Charles and Gabe were really great they worked me hard they got me to where I needed to be to make the step to start using my prosthetic. I came to Liberty for therapy. Charles and Gabe were really great they worked me hard they got me to where I needed to be to make the step to start using my prosthetic. Dietary is fair there is some good food and not so good food. This place is clean and they make sure things are sanitized. Yolanda with social services is very sweet. This is a real nice place. The food is fantastic here! Dietary is good I enjoy sitting with others eating lunch. Nursing, CNAs, are great CMAs. Therapy is amazing an Gabe the PT awesome! Activity is great I enjoy the karaoke with the volunteer that comes in. I'm a long-term resident an I would recommend this great facility.

If I could give this nursing home 10 stars I would. I am very activity in the nursing home I attend all Activites and the outings. I give LeAnn the director 10 stars she is nice and tries her best she also listens to me and let's me help her set things up. I volunteer for dietary am around the facility. An enjoy helping other residents. I don't care for the food here my personal preference. The nurses and CNAS do help when I need it but I don't need them because I am independent and I can help myself. I enjoy staying here and I am happy here. This is a nice place.
The cleanliness here at Liberty Health Care is 2 out of 5. The staff cleans, but the building is old. Certain areas need to be refurbished. CNAS and NURSING 3 out of 5. It’s a given some people are good at their job and some are not. Overall it’s not bad. Dietary 1 out of 5 it’s not what I personally like. The dietary manager, Tammy is Great in her staff. It’s just not my favorite food. Activities 5 out 5 I enjoy whatever Is going on and available. I enjoy going to the water in Anahuac an LeAnn is really accommodating to not just my needs but all residents needs. Therapy 5 out 5 I love going I’ll spend al day in there if I could the guys are so so good!
I have been at Liberty Health Care Center 2-3 months my stay has been positive and good. Nursing staff GREAT they go out of their way to help. Dietary could be better but it is not bad. The dietary staff is great they do communicate. Housekeeping does a great job. Therapy is working well with me. I do see improvement Charles and Gabe are two solid dudes! Liberty Health Care also has a outpatient therapy to. Activity keeps you busy bingo is a big for most residents. They leave for outings regularly. As a whole the building is a great place.
My dad recently received physical therapy at Liberty Healthcare. After his surgery and hospital stay it was rough however the staff were so supportive and encouraging he did amazing. I cannot thank them enough for everything to get him up and moving again.
Friendly and caring staff! Great Atmosphere; you can feel as soon as you walk through the door!
